We are opening our doors again from Monday 18th May and we can't wait to
welcome you back during COVID-19 Alert Level 2.Your safety is incredibly important to us, and we want to make sure that we do our bit to keep NZ
free from COVID-19. You will notice some changes to the way we do things and we want to let you know ahead of your visit what these will be.
The most obvious change is that our staff will be wearing face masks for your protection, for as long as this is the favored
We will be taking no chances with any staff member who feels unwell. We will have a low threshold for any staff member that has
any symptoms of illness and will ask that they stay home, and we will contact you to reschedule. We ask that you do the same. If you feel unwell, or if you have any COVID-19 symptoms such as
a cough, high fever, or shortness of breath, please ring us and reschedule.
Here is some information on what to expect when you next visit our clinic:
When you arrive we will ask you to wash your hands or use the hand sanitiser provided.
We will double-check all your contact details so we have everything we need for contact tracing should it be required.
We will try and minimize your time at reception, or in the waiting area, and will take you to your chair as soon as we
We will ask you to remove your own coat and keep it by your chair.
What to Bring
We ask that you bring your own reading material, or entertainment device as we are unable to provide magazines for safety
You are welcome to bring your own face mask.
Please do not bring anyone else with you to your appointment, as we are required to limit the number of people in the clinic to ensure adequate physical distancing between clients.
When you are in our clinic, we ask that you try to keep 1-meter distance from other clients. If you arrive early for your
appointment and there are already people in our waiting area, we may need to ask you to wait outside or in your car.
We ask for your understanding and patience as we implement these COVID-19 Level 2 safety precautions. We realise that coming to
the salon is supposed to be an opportunity to relax, unwind, and take some much deserved you time, and we will try our best to make the experience as positive for you as we can. Ultimately
though, we want to keep you safe during these unprecedented times and in order to best do that we need to follow these safety protocols.
