Cancellation Policy

To protect all of our loyal clients appointments, and to protect our business we have adapted the following cancellation policy.

All no-show clients, and cancellations within 48 hours of appointment, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total treatment cost will be charged.

All no-show and late cancellation clients will be required to pay a deposit for all future appointments at Debod House.

All clients will be sent a confirmation SMS 48 hours prior to your appointment.

We understand that every now and then things don’t work out as planned and may use discretion and waive the policy where we deem necessary.
