Kath is a registered nurse and fully accredited lymphoedema practitioner here at Debod House on Mondays.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapy (MLD) is a treatment for those suffering from a Lymphatic condition. It is a comfortable, painless, light skin-stretching massage treatment that stimulates the lymphatic system and moves the lymph fluid.  Kath’s vast knowledge of the lymphatic system and skills will help clients be empowered to manage their lymphoedema independently. She believes “your health is your wealth” and with education and action within the wider community, Lymphoedema may be prevented from occurring, successfully maintained and/or reduced.
