Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapy is a treatment for those suffering from a Lymphatic condition. It is a comfortable, painless, massage-like treatment that stimulates the lymphatic system and moves the lymph fluid.  Kath’s vast knowledge of the lymphatic system and skills will help clients be empowered to manage their lymphoedema independently. She believes “your health is your wealth” and with education and action within the wider community, Lymphoedema can be prevented from occurring in the first place.
